Requirements

Who can Become a Member:

Our requirements assure that we offer only premium traffic to our advertisers.

  1. Top Quality Sites. Only professional quality sites with original contents are accepted. Personal web pages, sites on free hosting services (i.e. Geocities, Tripod, AOL, etc.), amateur appearing sites, not fully functional sites (i.e. with dead links or broken images), and sites with little content other than advertising will be declined.

    Only sites in English will be accepted because all current ads are in English

  2. High Traffic Sites. A minimum of 300,000 monthly page views/impressions is required to be accepted.

  3. Prohibited Materials. The IndiAds Network does not accept websites that promote or contain any of the following:
    -Pornography/nudity
    -Offensive or controversial subject matter
    -Hacking/cracking/software pirating/Warez
    -Illegal activity
    -Use of illegal substances
    -Illegal MP3s

  4. Placement of Banners. Banners may not be placed on pop-up windows or pages that automatically refresh, reload, or redirect visitors.

    Members may place IndiAds banner code only on the URL (and sub-URLs), specified in their agreements with IndiAds. Use of IndiAds ad code on any web pages other than the registered URL and it's subspages is prohibited.

    Members may not use the banner ads as part of a contest or any other moneymaking opportunity. The use of robots or automatic redirect scripts is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of account and forfeiture of any due account balances.

  5. Clicking on Banners. For CPC campaigns, members should not to click any advertiser's banner on their own page more than one (1) time. IndiAds software records the IP address of every user who clicks on a banner.

    Members may not place text instructing or encouraging visitors to click on the banner (other than that provided by IndiAds) without written consent from IndiAds Administration.

  6. Banner Code. Member may not edit, modify, or otherwise change the IndiAds banner code without expressed written consent of IndiAds.

  7. Password and Confidential Information. IndiAds will never, under any circumstances, reveal Member's account information, including Member's email address, password, mailing address, telephone number, and name, to any party other than Member. Member should not to disclose the account password to anyone else and understand that IndiAds cannot be responsible for damages that result from other parties' obtaining and using Member's password.

  8. Fraudulent Activity. Any attempts to artificially inflate account statistics will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all amounts due to Member, including those, which may not be related to the fraudulent activity. Prospective members who are applying to join with the intention of defrauding our system should be advised that IndiAds has developed an extensive, multi-tiered security system that includes both passive and active software evaluations, and regular monitoring by our staff, to detect and flag any suspicious activity. IndiAds reserves the right to withhold all payments to members suspected of fraudulent activity.
